Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and pq99 ("we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of pq99.ws. These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, games, and features offered through the pq99 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and payment services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of pq99.ws, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the pq99 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

The pq99 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. pq99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including at registration, at first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point during the Player's use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register a Player account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and must update your account if your details change.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of a pq99 employee, in any function related to the operation of pq99.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.

pq99 performs age and identity verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by an ineligible individual — including any player under the age of 21 — will be permanently closed immediately upon discovery. Any balance held in such an account will be forfeited in its entirety. pq99 will not be liable to any ineligible individual for the forfeiture of funds deposited in breach of these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration and KYC Verification

To access the full functionality of pq99, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions, you must register an account and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which will serve as your primary account identifier and the primary channel for payment method linking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay accounts registered to that number).

KYC verification requires submission of one or more of the following documents, at pq99's discretion depending on the account activity and withdrawal value:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back scan or photograph in sufficient resolution to confirm name, date of birth, and ID number.
• Valid passport — biographical data page in sufficient resolution to confirm name, date of birth, and passport number.
• Proof of payment method ownership — screenshot confirming the registered mobile number matches the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.
• Selfie with NID or passport — required for accounts where automated identity matching is inconclusive.

pq99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity for accounts where KYC verification is incomplete or where submitted documents are insufficient to confirm identity. KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. pq99 will not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law.

Deposits and Withdrawals

pq99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your pq99 wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. pq99 does not transfer withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours from the time of request, subject to KYC verification status. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required.
• pq99 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction fees, for which pq99 bears no responsibility.
• pq99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering. In such cases, pq99 will notify the Player and request additional documentation.

All deposits made to pq99 must originate from accounts and payment methods that are legally owned and registered to the Player making the deposit. Deposits from third parties or from payment methods not registered to the Player's identity will be returned where possible and may trigger an account review.

Bonuses and Promotions

pq99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. Bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published on each individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

• All bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified on the promotion page. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified.
• pq99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter the terms of any promotion, or cancel a Player's bonus entitlement if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per Player, per household, and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly constitute bonus abuse.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game(s) specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirements before withdrawal.

pq99 is under no obligation to offer any bonus or promotion to any Player. Bonuses are a discretionary marketing tool and their availability, value, and terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Players should check the Promotions section of pq99.ws for current offers before making any deposit with the intention of claiming a bonus.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

pq99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable leisure activity for the majority of players, can become problematic for a minority. pq99 provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity and maintain control over their spending.

pq99 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activity on the platform. Players who feel their gambling may be becoming problematic are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings or to contact pq99 support directly.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may set a session duration reminder that alerts them when they have been active on the platform for a specified period of time.
• Temporary time-out: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period, the account cannot be used for deposits, betting, or gaming. Time-outs cannot be lifted early.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting pq99 support. Self-excluded accounts are permanently closed and cannot be reopened. Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of withdrawal verification.

Prohibited Conduct

pq99 maintains a strict policy against conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other Players, or constitutes illegal activity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one Player account, including opening new accounts after a previous account has been closed or self-excluded.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including communicating hand or game information in live dealer games.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using pq99 for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, bug, or vulnerability in the platform software or game code to gain funds or an unfair advantage not intended by the platform design.

Where pq99 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, any winnings generated during the period of prohibited conduct will be void and the associated Player account will be permanently closed. pq99 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in an account found to be involved in prohibited conduct pending investigation, without any liability to the Player.

Intellectual Property

All content on pq99.ws — including but not limited to the platform design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software code, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of pq99 or its licensors. No part of pq99.ws may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, translated, publicly displayed, or otherwise used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of pq99.

Game content available on pq99 — including live dealer streams, slot game assets, crash game mechanics, and table game interfaces — is licensed to pq99 by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in that game content remain with the respective game studios and their licensors. Players may not record, capture, stream, or broadcast any game content from pq99 without the express written consent of both pq99 and the relevant game studio.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pq99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the pq99 platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from your gambling decisions; interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond pq99's control; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; or errors in game software originating from third-party game studios.

pq99 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or prices displayed, or the outcome of any game or betting event. All games on pq99 use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems, and all live dealer games are operated by third-party studios using regulated equipment. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the applicable game mechanics and are not influenced by pq99.

Privacy and Data Protection

pq99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at pq99.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

Player account data, payment information, and KYC documents are stored on secured servers with restricted access controls. pq99 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Amendments to These Terms

pq99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of pq99.ws following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. pq99 operates as an online gaming platform providing services to players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from the Player's use of pq99, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting pq99 support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of a written complaint being submitted to [email protected], either party may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels. pq99 does not waive any rights or defences available to it under applicable law by agreeing to a negotiation period. Any formal legal proceedings must be initiated within two years of the date on which the cause of action arose.
